The process industry has long sought a pump that would offer reliable solutions for common as well as for critical services: such as suspended solids, entrained gases, marinally unstable liquids, crystallizing media, ultra-pure chemicals, toxics, self-priming, etc. In a class all by themselves, Richter pumps do all that and more.

Richter plastic-lined and metallic centrifugal pumps convey almost the entire range of liquids, from water to highly aggressive chemicals. The performance range comprises flow rates of up to 1200 GPM, delivery heads of up to 480 feet and operating temperatures to 380 F. Thanks to their sturdy design and the systematic emphasis on high reliability, Richter pumps are also ideal for use in rugged operating conditions.

They are available as mechanical seal and magnetic drive pumps to ANSI/ASME B73.3 and DIN 24256/ISO 2858 in frame-mounted and close-coupled designs and in many sizes. The range includes customized solutions in addition to innovative self-priming pumps, vortex and peripheral pumps. Magnetic drive pumps with dry-run-optimised SAFEGLIDE plain bearings and for solids contents of up to 50 % are some of the major Richter innovations in process engineering.
